Saw a young pup, all black, German Shepard mix? Running around the neighborhoods SW of the Comanche and San Mateo light They were very friendly, had a collar on, but ran away with a very skinny brown dog before I could get a leash on them or check it for a number If you think this is your missing pet, they were active in this area as of 8:45PM
