FRANKFORT PARK DISTRICT - SUMMER DAY CAMP Come Join the Fun! Full Day Camp and Half Day Camp options available for children entering 1st - 6th grade, in the Fall of 2021. Our camp will provide plenty of outdoor activities, water days, arts & crafts, and walking excursions. Registration can be done online or in person at the Founders Community Center, 140 Oak Street. A Day Camp Packet will need to be completed and turned in to the Frankfort Park District at the time of registration or at least one week prior to your child starting camp. A birth certificate must be presented at the time of registration or when you submit your Day Camp packet.
