Maintenance position for Commercial Property Management Company. Looking for an honest and dependable team player. Minor Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Exterior Cleaning. Willing to be on-call for after hours emergencies. Must be able to lift 50lbs. and have a reliable vehicle. 20+ hours per week-may lead to full-time.
