Press release from the City of Mendota Heights: March 30, 2021 Due to the nice weather, the playground redesign project is starting earlier than planned. Demolition is scheduled to begin early the week of April 5. Once the current playground structure is demolished, an existing tree and stump will be removed to allow for the playground's new footprint. The demolition phase will take about three to four weeks to complete.
