Are you the go-to friend for any plumbing or residential how-to-fix-it question? Are you looking to apply that in full-time work? We are hiring a full time maintenance technician for properties in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Rotation for this position would be on call every other week. You would be responsible for completing resident's work orders as well as performing any preventative maintenance needed on both interior and exterior of the apartment properties and performing repairs and updates for apartment turns. Primary responsibilities will be for plumbing, electrical, light carpentry (hanging cabinets, etc.) and heating. Position will include general grounds work as well, mowing, trimming & seeding. Must have excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents and coworkers. Must have a handy fix-it mentality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
