He was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 30. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE Kristin D. Glasenapp, 45, of the 4000 block of N Walnut Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 11:42 p.m. March 22 i the 4000 block of Walnut Avenue. She was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 30. Caregiver Accused Of Abuse, Neglect Of Resident NO DRIVER'S LICENSE/PERMIT Vicente Vasquez, 50, of the 4900 block of Weber, Rolling Meadows, is accused of no driver's license/permit, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 3:06 a.m. March 23 in the 2200 block of S Arlington Heights Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 22. Konrad Krasucki, 39, of the 1500 block of Cornell Circle, Hoffman Estates, is accused of no driver's license/permit, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 1:42 a.m. March 23 in the 1800 block of S Arlington Heights Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of May 3. OBSTRUCTING IDENTIFICATION Giovanni Stancu, 18, of the 4100 block of N Bonhill Drive, Arlington Heights, is accused of obstructing identification, driving with a revoked/suspended license, and was arrested at 8:34 p.m. March 23 in the 1000 block of W Euclid Avenue. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 30. ASSAULT Gary W. Schroeder, 59, of the 2400 block of Kennicott Drive, Arlington Heights, is accused of assault, and was arrested at 2:43 a.m. March 24 in the 800 block of W Central Road.
