Press release from the City of Campbell: March 30, 2021 At the beginning of the pandemic and in an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19, the City of Campbell made the tough decision to close City Hall to the public until further notice. Staff will be working everyday; however, some of our services have been limited or postponed during this time. Our staff is working diligently behind the scenes to allow some essential City services to be available online, by phone, or by appointment only. At this time the following services will be temporarily unavailable: Citation Sign-Off Pre-Booking Prescription drug drop-off Station visits or ride-alongs If you need assistance from the Records Division, please contact (408) 866-2721. For all other Police Department assistance, please call (408) 866-2101. Report a Crime to the Police Department Submit a Concern to the Public Works Department File a Complaint to Code Enforcement Please contact a department or division directly via phone or e-mail to receive more information on how you may conduct your business with the City.
