Kompass is looking for rhythm guitarist from the general Northeastern Ohio area, especially around the Akron or the Cleveland areas. (Practices will be held in the general Cleveland area. Solo/lead skills are a plus. Vocal ability is a huge plus. The only real requirements are the level of commitment of the player (like learning songs outside of practice time and communicating your availability to us) and the skill level to play our songs. These songs of ours are occasionally in odd time signatures and such, so understanding music theory is a must as well. Here is a link to our songs below.
