APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Description

We are searching for a full-time Maintenance Technician for a well maintained apartment complex in Escondido. Responsibilities include all aspects of maintaining a large single story apartment complex. You will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance requests, all aspects of apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, curb appeal, working with outside vendors when necessary and providing excellent customer service to our residents. Some of the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Interior paint touch up or full paint between residents and some exterior as needed - Replacing or installing faucets and toilets and repairing leaks - Replacing light fixtures, switches and electrical receptacles - Minor appliance repair of stoves and refrigerators - Changing door locks & replacing keys - Clearing drains and gutters - Helping to keep the grounds clean - Following safety codes and standards REQUIREMENTS Experience minimum of 3 years in industry Job duties will require the ability lift/move light to heavy materials including appliances, climbing ladders, and bending and crouching to perform maintenance and repairs. Bilingual is a plus Must be professional and courteous Must work well with Property Manager Please provide resume & letters of reference
