Concrete form setup and finish pad prep

I'm looking for help to finish setting up concrete forms, rebar and preparing the pad. I have most materials onsite, ready to go. If you have experience with forms and rebar, even better if you have tools like a rebar bender. Estimate a couple days for two guys. No trades or other deals, pays by the hour.
