Starting Folk Rock Project

Looking to start a folk rock project - think Mumford and Sons, Noah and The Whale, Old Crow Medicine Show, Trampled by Turtles but with a little more energy. I have several originals already written (happy to share), would like to incorporate some original takes on a few covers too. Just looking to jam and write now, but would want to start playing local shows after the summer. I’m in my mid-30s, have been playing live for at least 15 years, looking for a drummer and bassist and lead guitar. Banjo and/or violin would be awesome too :)
