Project Manager - Construction
The Project Manager is responsible for working on and managing routine projects under direct supervision for construction as required by clients' documents.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Order and manage materials and equipment.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
Competencies:
• Knowledge of construction materials
• Experience working with drywall, texture, paint, insulation, cabinets/countertops, framing, underlayment, doors, flooring and finish work.

Job Requirements:
• Must have construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Competent computer skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal building code regulations.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Excellent customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time, pay DOE.
