Position: PRODUCTION/ IRRIGATION Full Time @ $13-20/Hr DOE We are looking for a few more crew members for this 2021 season. Daily tasks and operations listed below. Be ready to lift things constantly & work outside. Seasonal work, potential year round position. Email or Call (please speak clearly while leaving a message). Field Tasks: Crop Thinning, transplanting, trellising, harvesting, transporting and weeding Have the stamina to work long hours during height of growing season Be punctual Production Tasks: Tractor operations Attaching and removing implements Installing and removing row cover Able to be flexible while coordinating equipment and tasks Move heavy things around with vehicles/ Machinery Help executing spray programs (organic approved substance) Irrigation Tasks: Consistent maintenance irrigating crops Drive truck and pipe trailer, move irrigation pipe across beds Have experience using tools and repairing leaks Logistics: Wrapping pallets and using pallet jack Loading and unloading Trucks Basic maintenance Work alongside Harvest and transplant crews Where needed to process, transport, clean & store crops Other Requirements: Valid Driver’s license Preferred: Bilingual: Habla Español Farming experience Tractor experience
