Spring is finally here! Spring is finally here! It’s time to take back control of our health, Join us Saturday at 9am for a morning of fun and fitness at Freedom Fitness in New Freedom. All class will be held outside of the gym we will also be streaming all classes live on fb. Can’t wait to see all of you guys there.
