Press release from Pulaski County Special School District: March 30, 2021 PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. -- Pulaski County Special School District is aware of the message from Governor Asa Hutchinson on Tuesday, March 30 regarding the lifting of the mask mandate in Arkansas. PCSSD will continue with the District's required mask mandate for students and staff per the protocol by Gov. Hutchinson and Commissioner Johnny Key. This requirement will remain in place until further review by the PCSSD Board of Education at its next meeting on April 13, 2021. PCSSD will also follow the Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) guidelines of wearing masks during spring sports and other activities.
