Start your weekend with a fitness class featuring the local instructors from SOUL Fitness. Join us each Saturday morning at Boxi Park along with local fitness instructors from the Lake Nona area to engage in variety of diverse fitness classes. Each week will feature a different style of training. April 24th is SOUL Fitness. Complimentary mats will be provided for the class, but you're welcome to bring your own. Classes are only $5 (plus EB fee) but space is limited to ensure proper social distancing.
