ISO pasture lease for 2 horses

Looking for pasture lease for 2 mild mannered horses in the immediate area. I have been at the same boarding facility for 3 years but it has recently become unsafe and there is almost no turnout even in summertime so I'm looking for a better environment. It has to be in Monmouth, Independence, Rickreall or that side or Dallas area so I can maintain their daily care and feed. Looking for just enough space for 2 horses with a rain/shade shelter, or the ability to put one up at my expense! Looking to pay 125-150 per horse. Thank you!
