Come out for our Open House Grand Opening to celebrate our New Spin Studio with a FREE Spin ride at Redefine Fitness! Redefine Fitness, a ministry of Thomasville Road Baptist Church now has a brand new Spin Studio with lots of space! All bikes are the latest Precor Spinner Chrono Power model. You will love the screen displays with lots of metrics to help you with your workout, including your power output. Sign up for a FREE 45 minute Spin ride or a 45 minute Spin and Sculpt class led by our certified Spinning instructors! COVID safety guidelines will be in place for this event. Masks are required while inside the building except when exercising on the bike. Our Spin Studio is located in the Adult Wing (in between the Fellowship Hall and the Worship Center), 2nd floor at the front of the church property.
