Investment/Partnership for preschool? Parents interested?

Hello everyone! I am currently an in-home preschool provider and have been given a wonderful opportunity to potentially grow and find a new location that could maybe fit 6-10 children and be licensed. I have been having the HARDEST time finding a rental willing to rent to be with an in-home preschool. If you are a family with a bigger home or a property you’d be willing to rent to me for a preschool with Reggio Emilia influence & Montessori inspiration, please reach out. I’m open to many things and can always schedule calls. If anyone has ideas, please let me know! I have great experience and can definitely run a school and have been for awhile, I’m just looking to expand and have professionals really pushing me to find a bigger space.
