Merchants Building Maintenance, LLC. is currently hiring for a Full-Time/Part Time Porter/Janitor for IMMEDIATE START in: Fallbrook, Ca Schedule: M-F and Weekends on call Hours: Day and night shifts available Pay: $14.00 / hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES (including, but not limited to): -Ability to follow detail instructions from site supervisor at building assigned. -Clean offices, restrooms, conference rooms. -Respond to building and cleaning work order requests. -Clean lobby, corridors, elevators and stairwells for cleanliness. -Pick-up, empty and move full trash bags/containers. -Remove debris from floor.- Fill paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers. -Clean any spills as needed.- Clean common areas. -Clean fingerprints/marks from glass doors/mirrors. -Perform detail dusting, vacuuming and mopping as needed. -Follow all safety and personnel rules, "Code of Conduct" REQUIREMENTS: -Reliable transportation. -Able to lift 35 lbs. and carry a 12 lbs. backpack vacuum cleaner. -Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. -Good attitude and professionalism is a must. -Must be organized and able to follow a schedule. -Self motivated, as well as, agility to work in a team environment
