Hi. I'm an eccentric, rambling musician based in Minnesota. I've lived here my whole life. I'm looking to leave. I have some money, and my biggest goal is to maybe buy a house with other musicians. Put a studio in. Have spare rooms so people can record. A "big pink" type vibe, a less-pressure recording situation. Or maybe an AirBnB experience with recording. If that doesn't fit your fancy, I'm just looking for a place to live or work in the area. Are you a record label or record shop or indie coffee shop or local saloon looking for a gofer? A secretary? A web/social media guy? A dishwasher? A janitor? Anything? Maybe you're a musician with a room in your house available? I'm just looking to shake the box here. I'm a really clean, fun, laid-back guy. I have lots of interests and am easy to get along with. I also have many talents, including: - Musical: songwriter, guitarist, passable at bass/drums/keys. Can learn anything quickly and love to practice. - Writing and editing talent: I have an English degree and can easily write copy for web sites/promotional materials/articles/blogs/whatever you need. I'm a fast typer. I'm currently editor of popular website Music in Minnesota (http://www.musicinminnesota.com) - Web and podcasting: working knowledge of web design, social media marketing, and podcasting. Can pick up new knowledge quickly in any of these areas as well. - Practical things: I've done cleaning jobs my whole life, so I could be the cleaner at a house or a studio or whatever. I've done a million practical jobs, from janitor to mail deliverer to security guard to waiter, and can excel at any of them if you need it. Mostly, I'm a fun guy that loves to have conversations about anything from sports to music to literature to history to philosophy.
