My best friends dog, Skooter, went missing in Scottsdale around between 9:30-10:30pm on 3/30. He was last seen at the house and must have gotten out. He’s a 14yr old border collie/ dachshund mix. He is small weighing 16 pounds. He’s partially deaf and blind. He can’t stand very well due to a torn acl. Some grey on his muzzle and a wart right above his right eye. He’s sweet and timid.
