So what do we do? We sell, finance, and install energy-related home improvements—roofs, HVACs, solar, windows, generators, and insulation. We get in the door for one thing and then we sell more things. It’s a great gig. Homeowners are happy they can deal with just one contractor and we’re happy to do all the work. We are expanding our canvassing team and are looking for motivated individuals to supervise our canvassers and oversee our canvasser training program and other field activities. As a Canvassing Manager, you will play a critical role in training, guiding, coaching your team, and prioritize canvassing efforts to optimize results. We need an experienced leader that will motivate, train, enable, and guide a team to consistent achievement of team lead generation goals. Requirements - Must have at least 3-4 years of Canvassing experience with a strong performance record - Prior managerial background and ability to coach a team - Must be a self-starter, energetic, aggressive and always on their feet to keep the ball rolling - Must have unrivaled interpersonal skill, highly-organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven - Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license Benefits - Hourly rate at $25/hr - Performance Bonuses - Health Benefits - Company Vehicle - Advancement opportunities We work in a friendly, fast-paced environment and you will have all the training and support you need to get going.
