Part-time worker needed (we are flexible with hours worked) for a property management company in Oyster Bay. Qualities required: honest, responsible, able to drive, willing to work hard and efficiently and to have a good attitude. Responsibilities include landscaping, assisting in property maintenance/repair and some construction. Drivers license required. Starting pay $17.5/hour can be raised to $20 based on performance.
