96 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 - Change tires / Check over-all safety

Hello! I am looking for an experienced motorcycle mechanic to change/balance tires on my 96 Kawasaki Vulcan 800. Additionally I want someone to look over the motorcycle and make sure it is road safe. I was recently given this motorcycle that had been sitting for years unused and not stored correctly. Thought it would be a fun project so I've been learning about motorcycles (didn't know anything before) and fixing it up. So far I have -de-rusted the fuel tank -rebuilt / cleaned the carb -replaced fuel line / petcock -changed spark plugs / -oil change -replaced filters -flushed coolant system / checked thermostat The motorcycle is now running but definitely needs new tires. I can order these, I just need them changed / balanced. I also want someone who absolutely knows what they are doing to give the bike a once-over and let me know if I'm missing anything or if theres anything else that needs to be considered or done. My plan is to enjoy the bike for a couple months and then sell it, so I'm not looking to put a ton of money into it, I just want it road safe. Preferably you can come to me in Loomis since I'm not comfortable driving it on roads until the tires are changed.
