Tile, Laminate, Framing Help - Starting Immediately

I had some people lined up to help with our remodel, but they dropped out and we need help. I’m planning on hiring a different guy for each part of the job, but if you have experience in more than one area (tile / laminate / framing) you can do more than one task. Ideally, we need guys who can start NOW, or by Saturday April 3rd if possible. This was a full house remodel and we are about a week behind schedule and we need all this work done by April 6th. We are looking for HOURLY or DAILY help, since much of the work has been done and/or we’ll have more than one person helping to make things move faster, so I’m not interesting in flat rate or bids right now. We are doing the following work: TILE - 220sf kitchen with mosaic tile LAMINATE FLOORS - about 700sf remaining, plus a small amount of leveling work. FRAMING / SUBFLOOR - bedroom with a repaired floor, approximately 230sf - some joists still need a little blocking but primarily just subfloor installed. I’m looking to pay hourly in the range of $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. I do need you to have SOME experience in any part of the job you’d like to help with. If you have a preferred pay rate let me know. TOOLS - if you don’t have tools, I can provide a chop saw, circular saw, tile saw, etc... so if you don’t have tools but you’re experienced and ready to work, let me know.
