The recall is dead in the water. Poll show Newsom would still receive 60% of the vote if an election was held today. Recall is a dismal failure. A complete waste of time and money. If people are unhappy with Newsoms job performance, they can vote against him in the regular election next year. This is EXACTLY why elections occur every 4 years. This whole recall thing is a bunch of Trump loyalist who are upset that Trump was forced out. To be honest, in the end, i think this will backfire big time. I think the majority of Californians will rally around Newsom. This recall is so idiotic, it has fortified my support of Gavin. People will vote in protest of the recall as much as they will vote for the governor.
