Although we may be considered to be a small company, we can handle it all as a big family! Job Description We are seeking an entry-level pest control technician to join the Frame’s Family! This is a Full-time position servicing accounts in Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Ohio. We are looking for a hardworking individual that enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment, with the support of a strong management team. Responsibilities: • Conducting daily routes to evaluate, sell, and solve pest related concerns and issues for our customers. • Building strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service. • Collect and manage customer payment records. • Strong organizational and confidentiality skills are strongly preferred. Qualifications: • High School Degree or GED. No pest control experience necessary. • A valid driving license and clean driving record is required. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Due to the nature of our business, you must be comfortable with working outside and in confined spaces like attics, basements, crawl spaces, etc. • All new hires will need to complete a background check and drug screen. • Ability to work variable shifts and significant overtime when needed.
