SPRING CLEANING WORK

I'm looking to hire someone to do some spring cleaning it would involve raking, brooming, and cutting a few scrub trees on my property. I'm looking to get this done before April 10th and looking for someone to do it by the project and willing to come over and bid it. I'm guessing the project is about 1,000 sq. ft. but if the bid is reasonable I would expand it to do the whole yard which I'm guessing is under 5,000 sq. ft. It has the potential to become a bi-monthly grass mowing job It's not just this property but has the potential to become another larger property also. For right now I'm just looking to get this project done by the end of the day on April 9 th.
