Argus Janitorial is looking for an Area Supervisor. This person is a highly organized & self-motivated individual who can effectively supervise a large team of janitors & oversee multiple worksites located in Spokane & surrounding outlying areas. The Job: *Trains new and or existing janitorial staff, schedules janitors for multiple worksites *Extensive follow-up with staff to ensure cleaning quality exceeds account specifications *Attends monthly safety meeting, order and deliver supplies and maintain equipment *Issues keys, alarm codes, process time cards, labor reports, and other necessary paperwork *Monitors employees in areas of performance, training needs, and disciplinary action Requirements: *Six months + of Janitorial experience *One year + Supervisory experience *Ability to successfully pass a drug screen *Possess a WA state driver’s license, valid insurance, and a good driving record *Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently At Argus Janitorial, we do not just accept diversity and inclusion — we celebrate it, support it, live it, and flourish in it to benefit our employees, the community, and our clientele.
