Description

Lab Mix| 10 yrs|65 lbs| $225.00 Bear is a 10-year-old black lab mix looking for his first, his last, his everything. Bear enjoys dashing through the dog park, and long walks around the neighborhood where he stops on occasion to follow a scent trail. Don’t let his age fool you, the vet may say he is 10, but he needs one hour (or longer) walks daily as an outlet for his energy and keeps up with his foster brother half his age. On the drive home, he loves to pop his head out the window with his ears flapping from exiting the highway to pulling into the garage. Bear has a baritone bark matching the voice of Barry White, but the only time he employs it is when he sees the socks and tennis shoes come out of the closet in anticipation of a w-a-l-k. This boy can’t get enough of your love, and is happy to snuggle up next to his human(s), day or night. Bear is 65-pounds of pure love. He enjoys the company of fellow dogs as playmates, especially when he can play off leash at the dog park. Bear mostly ignores cats in the home, sneaking a sniff every once and a while. He has not yet tangled with children, but has yet to meet a human he doesn’t like, so young children are likely to be a match for this sweetheart. Bear is a sweet and energetic dog who once he locks eyes with his love(s) is never gonna give you up. Bear’s sweetness is sure to be his human(s) weakness, as all it takes is a few minutes for this boy to steal your heart. Set up your first date to meet Bear by filling out an application at https://rescuecrew.org/adopt-animal-in-need/#adoptionapplication. Completion of an Adoption Application via our website (www.RescueCrew.org) is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in the adoption process. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online adoption application here as well.
