We are looking for 2 experienced handymen available to start immediately. Apartment maintenance or previous Handyman experience is required – you must have experience in the following: Painting (interior and exterior) Roof tile repair/ replacement Appliance installation & TV mounting Hood vent installation Baseboard installation Pressure washing, driveway cleaning and wall acid wash for HOA violations Door installation Outlet replacement, minor electrical, light fixture and ceiling fan replacement Sprinkler & Irrigation repair Light Plumbing including faucet replacement, toilet repairs, garbage disposals etc. Kitchen & Bathroom renovation Tile, wood laminate, vinyl We need reliable and dedicated people who want to grow with the company. This is a full time job, Monday – Friday from 8am to 6pm. If we are very busy, there may be some Saturday’s required. Please do NOT apply if you have to take frequent days off “unexpectedly”, do not have reliable transportation, are afraid to climb ladders or go into attics. Bilingual is a plus! Please note that we reserve the right to perform a background check for criminal history. Pay is based on experience and training is paid at a lower rate. Timetable depends on skills exhibited throughout training, with a maximum of 3 months “trial” period. A company vehicle may be provided after training period is complete.
