We are looking for 3 new support team members to join our team and work 4 hour shifts starting as early as June 11th and through at least the end of the summer which ends 8/27. The position may continue into the school year depending on Covid safety requirements. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-12:00pm, 11:00am-3:00pm or 2:30-6:30pm. Job Duties: Support team staff follow a schedule of providing staff breaks for the classroom teachers, sanitize the classrooms, upholding Dept. of Health safety guidelines, making AM or PM snack and doing an excellent job of completing our cleaning chores, helping out with the children in the classrooms from time to time, etc. Please have experience working with children and be a flexible, reliable, detail oriented person who enjoys working in a team, cleaning, being busy and working with Kindergarten through 5th grade children. Subbing for the 4 hour shift before or after the one worked is often also available and a great way to get extra hours and keep flexibility in your schedule. Green Lake School Age Care Program (GLSA) is a state licensed, nonprofit social and emotional learning based child care program dedicated to creating meaningful relationships with children and working together with families to help raise caring, socially aware, happy and emotionally intelligent young people. Job requirements: Staff are required to pass a back ground check upon hiring, be CPR/1st Aid certified or complete upon hiring, provide documentation of a negative TB test. The program pays for/ reimburses for the cost of all required certifications. *Covid Safety Precautions are in place. Spaces are sanitized several times throughout the day, we create 6 feet of distance between play spaces whenever possible and staff, children and parents all where masks while at the center.
