Need experienced deck builder to reduce trex deck size

Looking for someone experienced with deck building and working with trex products to reduce the size of existing trex deck and attach a stair to the edge on each side, and potentially adding a railing and/or screen cover for one portion. The deck takes up too much space, and the owner wants to add a garden bed to the area the deck extends to. Deck has two levels, and is approximately 20’ across. Owner looking to remove approximately 4” in width from the far end, and remove existing stair to replace with sturdier stair on multiple sides, plus add new siding/skirting (the current skirting is pvc trellis, and the homeowner would like something a little more sealed off “to keep wasps from building under there.” Should be a pretty quick and easy job, and the owner is flexible with time of day and day of week as long as it’s completed fairly soon and as long as the work is completed within a 1-2 day window of when it’s begun. Hiring ASAP. Applicant would need to provide their own materials, tools, and be self-insured and experienced in this work, as well as have 2 references, at least one being professional, and a couple photos of work they’ve done. Job would include assessing existing deck structure, making recommendations on best way to adjust dimensions, evaluate and maintain structural integrity and weight distribution, actually cutting back the deck, adding additional supports as necessary to new end point, install new skirting, build new stairs and attach to new end point, and clean up all debris from the job and from underneath the removed portion of the deck to leave it ready to go for the owner. Pay somewhat negotiable depending on experience, craftsmanship, additional details added, and need for additional structural support. Addition of railing and/or screen enclosure would be discussed with owner upon completion of initial project. Payment can be made in cash, PayPal, cashapp, zelle, or check, and is made upon completion. Potential tip/bonus if the owner tells me they’re happy with the work.
