Looking for someone to preform general maintenance for Property Management company. This position would include: Basement clean - outs Garage clean - Outs General Yard \ Grounds work Cleaning out apartments Moving appliances Power Washing Picking up Supplies Changing furnace filters Assisting in a variety of Plumbing, Painting, Construction work. 30-40 hours a week.
