Small property Management company Looking for a General Maintenance person for the following: Cleaning and maintaining apartment grounds - monitoring the grounds daily to ensure wind-blown debree does not accumulate on the properties. Apartment Turnovers - removing debree left over from tenants, assisting in preparing apartment for new tenant, IE Painting - Cleaning - Changing locks.. etc., helping to install and remove appliances to apartments. Minor repairs around apartments, such as unclogging drains, changing light bulbs, cleaning gutters Power washing - Spring cleaning of yards, raking, snow shoveling in winter.
