Seeking Basic Apartment Maintenance Technician Compensation: $19-21 per hour (BOE) Employment Type: Full-Time NOTA/Park Ave apartment management company seeking skilled tradesman capable for completing maintenance duties dealing with properties at multiple locations. Full Time Position with great benefits Specifically: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. · Light electrical work · Patch and Paint, Drywall experience · Basic plumbing skills · General mechanical skills · Applicant must be willing and able to be on-call rotation (to answer afterhours service calls), · Perform snow removal, including shoveling, blowing, and salting · Handle all work assignments in a timely, professional manner. · Ensure that all fire and building codes are adhered to; will notify supervisor immediately of any potential safety or building code violations. · Maintain integrity of the community by ensuring confidentiality of resident and company information.
