To help us achieve this mission, we are looking for an experienced “Swing Shift Parts Clerk”. Functional Responsibilities: • Parts Management. Knowledge of principles and practices of inventory management, basic mathematics and statistics, modern office procedures, methods and computer software used in inventory control operation. • Securement of Parts. Fills parts orders, maintains stocking levels, invoices, receipts, and track parts inventory and supplies, retrieves and distributes parts and supplies to maintenance and operations personnel. Arranges delivery of expedited parts. • Daily Operation. Organize, implement and prioritize work activities, analyze problems, provide reports to, observe safety procedures and maintain professional part room appearance. • Cost Control. Manages fleet costing by utilizing price comparison methods, builds vendor relationships, helps decrease turnaround time, prepares weekly and monthly inventory reports to control inventory levels. General Responsibilities: • Interface with Administration. Works with the Parts Supervisor to ensure all The Brannan administrative procedures are followed and that all parts purchasing records and inventory levels are up to date and complete.
