Lead Driver / Crew Supervisor Event Rents is the leader in Special Event Rentals in the Greater Spokane Area. We are seeking qualified Lead Drivers/Crew Supervisors to join our team. Lead Drivers/Crew Supervisors play a vital role in our day-to-day operations and are responsible for safely delivering our items to event venues, hotels, restaurants and private residences. Each day you will be presented with a new task, a new delivery destination, and you will work with different teams to complete the job at hand. In this role leadership, attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ability to work well with others in a supervisory role are key. This is a great position for someone who has been successful working in the hospitality industry and is looking for their next move. Primary Responsibilities: • Accurate loading and unloading of equipment. • Driving up to a 26' Box Truck. CDL is not required. • Prep equipment, if necessary, prior to loading. • Delivering and picking up equipment. • Setup tents and other core items. • Leading, supervising and managing delivery crews. • Consistently ensuring ultimate client satisfaction with products and services. Basic Qualifications: • High School Diploma or Equivalent. • At least 21 years of age. • Clean motor vehicle record. • Able to drive up to a 26' Box Truck (Automatic). • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
