Assistance Needed Hanging 2 Light Fixtures

Hello! We're in need of assitance hanging two (2) light fixtures this Friday or Saturday morning. The location of one light fixture is in a high ceiling above the staircase (pictured) so you'll need to bring an extra tall ladder. The ceiling location for the other light fixture (pictured) is at a normal height but where it connects to the ceiling needs to be moved over about 1 foot so that the light is centered with the table underneath. I have a ceiling plate to cover up the old hole but you'll need to have the equipment to drill a new outlet hole and for whatever else is required to move an electrical ceiling outlet. Both locations and the new light fixtures are pictured. The round light fixture is the one for the staircase and may be a bit heavy.
