Experienced tree remover needed

Need a team of 2-4 with arborist/landscaping experience to remove a few trees from a residential backyard and grind stumps to below surface. One is a fairly tall aspen tree (trunk is approximately 8” diameter), one is a 14’ tall evergreen (small tree, thinner trunk), one is a deciduous tree that is as tall as the house, but the trunk is only about 5’ tall and 8” thick—the rest is just thinner, twiggy branches, one is just a short, branch tree with no real trunk to speak of at all, and two juniper bushes. Need someone who has experience and knowledge to safely remove them without damaging the adjacent fence, deck, or the home, and who is self-insured (I don’t carry insurance), and who can clean up the area and remove the branches/detritus afterwards to leave a clean slate for new landscaping. Would prefer stumps be either pulled out, or at least ground down to a few inches below ground level to allow for landscaping to be planted above by owner, and would like the aspen tree to be dealt with in a way that helps prevent regrowth. Potential for additional work includes delivery and application of bags of garden soil into new raised beds, delivery/installation of small retaining wall for garden area along back fence, some minor yard work/edging, and planting of new self-pollinating fruit tree/new bushes in areas where trees were removed, dependent on how the tree removal goes.
