Beautiful dog needs a loving home!

4 year old male lab mix, named Sam. He is neutered and up to date on rabies until 2023. Good with cats and okay around the dogs we have brought him around in the past. Not sure about how he would be with small children. He is very playful and needs a lot of time to run outside. Sam loves to play with his toys & does great on a leash. He is also potty trained. We have to rehome him because our landlord is no longer allowing pets. We also think he would do better in a bigger space than what we have right now. He does have separation anxiety, he would love to be with someone who is home most of the time. He is a great natured, loving, sweet boy who deserves a great home.
