Transmission belt replacement on riding mower

I have a Troy Built 42 inch riding lawnmower that has a transmission belt that is busted and one that is badly worn and needs replacing. I have the belts. It does not look to be too difficult of a job and should take an hour or so. I am familiar with Craigs List and will only hire someone that has the PROPER TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE for the job. $100 cash.
