EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER AND CREW MEMBER compensation: Pay is based on experience/performance/attitude/teamwork employment type: Full Time work Year round work, no lay off. CREW LEADER: As a crew leader you must have 4 years’ experience as a Crew Leader and in running all lawn care equipment professionally. You must be able to work with your crew to assure that EVERY Property is mowed, edged, trimmed out, flower beds sprayed, and all work debris is blown down. You will need a valid driver’s license and transportation to and from work. Our day starts at 7 AM and ends when the route is completed. Usually by 3 PM. We are a professional detail oriented company and as a Crew Leader you must confirm on each property that your team actually performed their job correctly. We run a 4 mile radius route in the town of DeBary. The crew leader should have experience in all areas of lawn maintenance, including irrigation repair, equipment repair and awesome communication. Come grow with us, if you take pride in your work, can give direction to your crew in a positive manner, will work alongside them, and assure each job is completed professionally. Crew Member: Must have two years of Commercial and residential experience, that can be confirmed. Must have an eye for detail and the ability perform all duties needed to professionally detail out a property You must have their own transportation to work. You must be available to work M-F starting at 7 AM - till the route is complete, normally 3 PM.
