We are willing to train a hard-working, mechanically inclined person with a positive attitude and a great work ethic. If you have experience in construction, general home maintenance, or home repairs, and are looking for a new opportunity, look no further. No experience is necessary, but experience installing, rescreening, or repairing screened enclosures, screened porches, pool cages, or window screens is a plus. Apply now: Responsibilities of a Team Leader and Team Leader Trainee includes, but are not limited to: Provide excellent pressure washing and other services to residential clients. Responsible for cleanliness and care of the team’s company vehicle. Account for and return all cleaning equipment and supplies back to the vehicle before leaving the client’s home. Follow and uphold all company policies and procedures. Maintain excellent attendance, client feedback and supervisor evaluations. Able to move and/or lift 50 lbs.
