Trimmers Needed!

We are a local OLCC licensed indoor cannabis farm looking for trimmers to perform contract trim work for us. As a contractor, you would be required to provide your own equipment (shears). You must also have a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit. We do not currently always have trim work available. We communicate when trim work is available to our contract trimmers as well as when we need the trim work completed in order to bring the product to market. It's the trimmer's responsibility to find the time to accomplish the work within that timeframe. Our hours of operation are M-F between 6am-3pm. Trimming must be done at the facility due to OLCC regulations. Trimming must be done while a supervisor is on-site and able to perform quality checks. As this is a contract position, we do not expect our trimmers to work with us exclusively and we also understand that sometimes our schedules may be incompatible. If trim work is offered and the trimmer is unable to come in due to a conflicting schedule, the trimmer has the power to turn that trim work down. We will communicate the next time trim work is available. We are comfortable with some flexibility on this matter. Payment is based on weight. We are currently paying $110/lb of finished flower.
