Full-Time Employment, Looking to Hire Maintenance Employee Immediately for residential properties throughout the Portland Metropolitan Area.
Property management company seeking a handyman with a minimum of 3 years experience within the property management industry (multifamily, single-family, condos etc.). This individual must have "hands-on" experience, be organized and task oriented. Work requires the individual to travel between properties for maintenance calls and purchasing materials as needed per each job order or project. Maintenance work includes basic painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, etc.
Requirements:
- Residential handy man experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Employee to have their own construction tools
- Employee to have own work vehicle
- Selected applicant will be required to pass background check
Compensation Package:
- $26.00/hr
- Fuel Card
- Health Insurance/Retirement
- PTO
