Staff Management is looking for a motivated, detail oriented employee like you to start with us for our full-time Customer Service Associate/Coordinator. We offer Benefits, paid Holidays, paid lunches, and paid personal time off. Job Responsibilities Main contact for Chrysler, CARLEX, NAVISTAR and GM CCA. Track of all the cross dock coverage and glass for CARLEX and GM CCA. Lead the operation of the cross dock material that need to be repack. Main contact with sister plants to ensure material on time for cross dock and service parts.Coordinate the supply of packaging for multiple purposes. Responsible for the CARLEX, Chrysler and GM CCA score cards. Schedule trucks for Service parts. Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer. Other duties as required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
