On Time Staffing is seeking material handlers and lumpers for our warehouse in Smyrna, TN! Hiring Immediately! Starting pay rate: $17.75 per hour Shifts: Fri - Sun 5:00am - 5:00pm Job Description: The Lumper will manually or by hand truck move materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated places in the facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Set up dock door for spotter to bring trailer in Pattern load in system Secure trailer once in dock door (stand, dock plate, dock lock, etc.) Unhook trailer once loading is complete Inflate air bags as needed Locate and install bulkheads for loads as needed Performs other related task to keep work area safe, clean and organized Requirements: Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs. without restriction Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours Ability and availability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and potentially holidays as needed by the customer For your safety, full COVID-19 procedures in effect daily.
