L&M Lawn Care is a Division of Jefferson Memorial Park and we have been serving the the South Hills of Pittsburgh and surrounding communities for many years. We have an immediate opening for a hard working lawn care employee to join our team. No experience needed, but always a plus. We can train you to become a licensed technician. As a technician you would provide professional lawn care services to an assigned route of customers daily. This is a great position for those that love the outdoors and can work on their own. Responsibilities include: -Provide basic lawn care services such as but not limited to: fertilizer, weed control, pesticide applications, etc. at commercial and residential lawns -Mix, load, and apply fertilizers/herbicides to numerous sites each day. -Calibrate sprayers and spreaders -Comply with the Department of Agriculture laws and regulations regarding the use of pesticides as outlined in the general, turf, and right of way categories. Comply with OSHA, EPA, along with federal and state regulations -Complete required paperwork properly and in a timely manner -Aerating and overseeing -Clean driving record and ability to drive our vehicles with a trailer -Provide lawn analysis and quotes to potential customers -Provide excellent communication with our customers. Educating them on how to best maintain their lawn and making recommendations for additional services needed. All the while, maintaining excellent customer relationships -Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned equipment and vehicle, as well as assistance in equipment repairs Other duties as assigned-
